			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Having tried many kinds of diet and exercise programs, I was a little skeptical about Shapely Secrets. Developed by Greer Childers, Shapely Secrets claims to give you a full body workout in only seven minutes. Supposedly it’s the perfect exercise program for those who are too busy to commit to a strict one-hour-a-day fitness program.  </p>
<p>I was a bit skeptical because I go to the gym thrice a week, and I haven’t lost a considerable amount of weight. And I’ve always been taught that to lose weight you have to work out and eat less. So when I heard about Shapely Secrets, its promise to make me lose weight in just 14 days, I was really doubtful. But I won’t deny that I was curious. In fact, I was so curious that I decided to try if it really worked. Shapely Secrets guaranteed that they would give my money back if I don’t get the results I want in 30 days, so I thought there’s no harm in trying. </p>
<p>I found out that what Shapely Secrets is all about is motionless exercise, or as what they call it, diametric resistance. What is diametric resistance? Simply put, it’s exercising the muscles without moving. With Shapely Secrets, you’ll work out multiple muscles, about four to six muscles, at the same time. How do you do this? You can exercise multiple muscles by tensing them up and holding a position. For example, you can exercise your chest muscles by holding a pushup position for 25 seconds. For your biceps, you have to bend your arm and hold that position for 25 seconds. You can also work your triceps, back muscles, and others by holding certain positions. </p>
<p>I’ve been doing the program for a month now, and I can say that I’ve lost a few pounds. Diametric resistance did make a difference in my weight. It’s not a huge amount of weight, but at least it worked. And also, I figured out my weight loss would be too little if I only do the Shapely Secrets program, so I started eating less to make sure I would lose weight. </p>
<p>I recommend Shapely Secrets to those who are too busy to work out in a gym. I don’t recommend it to people who easily get bored with motionless exercises. And it’s definitely preferable if you don’t just depend on the Shapely Secrets program. I did it while controlling my diet, and it worked. If you just do motionless exercises and you don’t change your eating habits it might not work well for you. And you also have to commit to at least seven minutes a day workout. To conclude, Shapely Secrets works if you really make an effort to lose weight.</p>
