Thank You, Space Bag!
I am very thankful for Space Bags. That sounds like a huge claim, as though I have depended my life on Space Bags or Space Bags are a very big part of my life. Well, they might not be a very big part of my life, but they have been a part of my life for a long time.
I remember first using Space Bags when I moved to a dorm during my college years. I was a clueless freshman, and it was my first time being away from home. My mom told me to put most of my clothes in three Space Bags, so I could save some space in my dorm. Just like most dorm rooms, I shared my room with three other people, and we didn’t get that much space. Space Bags really proved useful, since I did save space that I needed for books and other extra stuff.
During the four years in college, I used Space Bags for storage. I put almost everything in there—extra clothes, jackets, sweaters, bed sheets, and even important papers. The drawers in my desk were always full, so I ended up putting my old term papers in a Space Bag. When we were in sophomore year, my roommates and friends asked me where I put my stuff. They noticed that my side of the room was usually less messy than their sides of the room. I told them it’s the Space Bag. And after showing them how it works—stack your clothes in neatly, seal the Space Bag, use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the air—they got Space Bags for themselves. And it made our room definitely cleaner, and we got more space.
Every time I went home, I would ask for my mom to get me more Space Bags. By the time I graduated, I probably have used up so much Space Bags that I’ve lost count. But what can I say? It does its job really well! It is also durable, provided that you do take care of it and store it in a safe place.
So yes, I am very satisfied with Space Bags. Even up to now, four years since graduating from college, I still use it. I have just moved to an apartment, and I have put all my old clothes, especially my clothes for winter and fall, inside Space Bags. I do not put very bulky sweaters inside Space Bags though, since they do not compress that much. And I also learned my lesson not to put my clothes with decorations inside Space Bags, since compressing would just ruin the decorations.
If you just use it properly and consider carefully where to store them, Space Bags are great storage items. It is easy to use, and it saves you time and space. Sure, it’s more expensive than a regular garbage bag, but the Space Bag is totally worth its price. Why would you choose a garbage bag over Space Bag? Garbage bags are for throwing garbage, and Space Bags are for storage and saving up space.
